Shrimp – 20
Garlic – 10 cloves
Red Chili – 4
Oil – 6 tablespoons
Chop the garlic into small cubes.
Mash the red chili into flakes.
Heat oil in pan and fry the garlic and red chili flakes till they turn golden brown color.
Add the shrimp and saute for 3 to 5 minutes till the garlic blend with the shrimp. Add chopped cilantro.
Serve hot with steamed rice..!!
Olive Oil – 6 tbsp
Garlic – 4 pieces
Onion (Small sized) – 30-35 numbers – Equal to the quantity of prawns
Pepper – 1 tsp (Ground into coarse powder)
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – 3 stems
Heat Olive Oil in pan and add the Garlic cloves and onion and fry till they turn golden brown
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt and saute for 2 minutes
Now add the prawns and wait till the praws are blended with the gravy. Also add the pepper now.
Prawn needs to cook only for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Add half of the chopped coriander leaves and cook for the last one minute
Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves..!!
