This is a very easy recipe for Banana muffins and taste wonderfully good! Easy to make on a busy morning and serves a perfect breakfast. Banana adds a refreshing flavor and the brown sugar just does the trick! Lets see how to make delicious banana muffins.
Banana – 1
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Brown Sugar – 1/4 cup
Salt – 1/8 teaspoon
Egg – 1
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease the muffin pans or use paper liners.
Blend all the ingredients well and spoon in to the muffin pan.
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 5 muffins.
Serve for breakfast coupled with freshly squeezed orange juice!
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Broccoli – 1 stem
Corn – 1
Onion – 1/2 (Medium sized)
Cheddar Cheese – 1 cup ( Shredded)
Egg – 2
Prepare the dough for the crust by mixing the wheat flour, salt, oil and water. Spread it into a pie crust about 1/4 inch and place it on a greased oven tray.
Place the separated broccoli, corn and onion over the crust.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top evenly.
Pour the egg batter mixed with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Slice and Serve hot with orange juice for breakfast or brunch..!!
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Curry Masala – 1 teaspoon (A powder of all the Indian spices)
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Onion – 1/2Preparation..:
Cut the onion and capsicum into tiny cubes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the onion and capsicum pieces.
Add salt and curry masala and saute them until they are semi cooked.
Beat the egg into a batter and add into the pan.
Saute until the egg scrambles.
Serve hot with chopped coriander leaves and a dash of pepper..!!
Bread – 4 slices (cut into 1″ length rectangular pieces)
Oil – 4 tbsp
Green Pepper – 1/2
Red Pepper – 1/2
Yellow Pepper – 1/2
Small sized potato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Onion – 1 (sliced)
Egg – 1
Boil the potatoes, peel the skin and cut them into 1/2″ rectangular pieces.
Scramble the eggs with appropriate amount of salt and keep aside.
Pour oil in frying pan. Saute the onions along with the ginger garlic paste till they are golden brown.
Add the red, green and yellow bell peppers. Add the boiled and sliced potatoes.
Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry till they slightly turn into golden shade.
Now add the scrambled eggs and sliced bread. Toss it for 2 minutes and remove from stove.
Serve with homemade tomato ketchup for a tangy and spicy delight..!!
